Who we are
Casa Rosa (“we”, “us”) is a villa rental in Assisi, Umbria, Italy. This privacy policy explains how the Casa Rosa mobile app handles your information. Contact: mail@casa-rosa.it.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may process: your email address (magic-link sign-in or enquiry forms); Sign in with Apple identity information Apple shares with us (such as a name or private relay email, if you choose to share it); stays and reward redemptions you choose to save; and basic technical data needed to run the service (for example device session tokens).
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, sync guest rewards across your devices, respond to booking enquiries, and operate and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.
Where data is stored
Account and cloud-synced rewards are stored with our service providers (including Supabase). Local rewards data may also be stored on your device. Bookings completed on our Amenitiz booking site are handled under Amenitiz’s and our booking terms.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service (for example our hosting/auth providers), when you ask us to (such as messaging Ella on WhatsApp), or when required by law.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time. If you create an account, you can delete it from the Rewards tab in the app; that removes your account and cloud-synced rewards. You can also email mail@casa-rosa.it to ask about your data.
Children
The app is intended for adults arranging stays. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
